Bottle Rocket
Just an hour ago P and I were playing fetch on the basketball court of the housing projects down the street when a glass bottle crashed onto the ground right next to me, lobbed out of a third-floor window in the projects themselves. I would’ve called the cops except I was breaking the law, having my dog off leash in a public-ish space. I could’ve leashed him up and waited for the police, but that would’ve stressed him out too much to be worth it. I have no doubt that the bottle was aimed specifically at me. Whoever threw it turned off their lights and ran away immediately afterward. Anyway it was scary. We left and went to the dog run, but by then P didn’t seem to feel like playing, and neither did I.

OMG I hope you won't go there anymore! So scary. Glad you guys weren't hurt.
God, that's awful!
wow. that is really bad. if you can recall exactly which window on the third floor it was, I would still report it, after the fact. we all subsidize public housing and they shouldn't be that risky to walk past or visit the grounds of.
